WHMH Attorney to Speak

WHMH Attorney Roman Hammes will be presenting to the OCBA business law committee on July 11th at noon. The presentation will be titled Bankruptcy Proofing Litigation Settlements. Topics to be discussed will include automatic stay waivers, preferential payments, springing recourse provisions, and novations. Lunch will be provided courtesy of WHMH.
